Why not swimming? A pair of goggles and a swimsuit is all it takes. Swimming has been proven to be an ideal form of exercise for people. It provides a good cardiovascular workout, burns calories and has a calming effect on one's mind. Most land sports may prove detrimental in the long run. For example; running puts considerable strain on one's knees and ankle. Hence the high number of joggers and runners who suffer from sprains, calf strains or even knee issues in extreme cases.
