Running is an extremely rewarding activity that anyone can begin doing right away. It doesn't require you to have any special skills and can be enjoyed by yourself or with friends and family. Anyone can get a treadmill and run at home, or you can take a step out your door and you have an infinite amount of running paths to choose from. There are some things that will be required to begin: shoes, split toe socks, and an mp3 player. Have you ever tried a pair of split toe socks for running?
