Running. Most either love or they hate it, it can be like marmite in that respect. Alternatively many find that they're simply not built for the rigours of running and after several attempts failing to build up stamina, or not seeing the results that they want, let the hobby slide past as they banish newly bought shoes to the garage. However, running is one of the best ways to keep fit, can give incredible results when it comes to skin tone and abdominal firmness, and whether it's a small gain in fitness, or race medals that you're after, it can certainly become addictive.
