A serious runner needs to think and plan ahead when he has a running activity to attend. For instance, if you are planning to run at least five kilometers, you need to decide on what type of fabric you would wear to make sure that you do not look and feel, and probably smell like wet socks after the run. Additionally, you also would need sweatbands and headbands to control the sweat falling into your eyes and onto your hands when running. Perspiration when it enters the eyes would really be irritatingly salty.
