Bicycles are vehicles, and as such, rules of the road pertain to them, also. Bike safety and motorized vehicle safety mean, each must share the road equally, for all to be safe. Visibility for bicyclists' is essential. A written test and a drivers "road test" to become a licensed "driver" needs to be made a mandatory requirement to operate their "choice of vehicle" on the road ways.
