It is amazing how many cyclists do not use common sense regarding bike safety. Hydration & Food, are surprised to see this listed under bike safety, you should not be... see why? If there are lightning strikes nearby sitting on bicycle is a risk, the metal frame and skinny bike tires conduct electricity and will not insulate you.
